Thanks for your interest in Zapier’s Quick User Account Creation functionality (“QuAC”).

To access a Zapier embed (“Embed”) from your website, an end user must have a Zapier account and connect to it. To make connecting a quicker and easier process for end users and partners, Zapier offers QuAC. QuAC allows an end user to have their sign-up information (first name, last name, and email address) gathered from your website and provided to Zapier:

1. This allows Zapier to check if the end user already has a Zapier account to connect via the Embed.
2. If the end user doesn’t have a Zapier account yet, QuAC also populates the end user’s first name, last name, and email address into a prefilled-in sign-up link for Zapier.

Because QuAC involves the collection of end-user information, you agree to the following by enabling or otherwise using QuAC:

1. When an end user accesses or otherwise uses the Embed on your website, you authorize Zapier, via the Embed, to obtain a copy of that end user’s first name, last name, and email address from the website where you have placed the Embed.
2. You have obtained that end user’s permission to share their first name, last name, and email address with Zapier so that Zapier may check if they already have a Zapier account to connect via the Embed, and if they do not have a Zapier account, to prefill their information into a Zapier sign-up page.
