In this four part series, we’ll hear the story of one man’s journey to exoneration: the system that failed him, the science that freed him, and the people who fought for his justice.

Georgia Innocence Project is an independent non-profit dedicated to helping free individuals who have been convicted of crimes they did not commit in the state of Georgia. This work, which involves re-examining long-closed investigations and legal proceedings, is incredibly labor intensive: a single exoneration can take many years and countless hours of tedious work.
