Please ensure that the template associated with this contract contains at least one product table.

Select the product table id to add the products to. Ordered from top to bottom in the contract.

Please enter a base price rounded to two decimal places without using currency symbols (i.e. 15.55).

Please enter a discount as a numerical value (e.g., 211) or percentage (e.g., 20%) of the base price.

The quantity type can be a **quantity** (i.e. 6), **multiple_choice** (i.e. multiple product selection from the table with checkboxes), or **single_choice** (i.e. a single product selection from the table).

Enter the relevant value based on the chosen quantity type.

* If you selected **'quantity'**, enter a numerical value (i.e. **6**),

* If you selected **'multiple_choice'** or **'single_choice'** enter **1** to mark a product as selected, and **0** to mark it as deselected.

```Warning```: If the quantity type is set to **single_choice**, ensure that only one product in the product table is in a selected state (**1**). An error will occur if multiple products are marked as selected while the quantity type is **single_choice**.

Note: Lifecycle setting attributes will only contain values if a duration box is added to the contract. Additionally, lifecycle state attributes will have values if all signatories have signed the contract.

Subject should not exceed 150 characters.

Message should not exceed 5000 characters.

Select the Oneflow user who creates the contract (i.e. Jane Doe created the sample_contract).

Select **Yes** if you want to add external link to the contract.

Select the Oneflow user who deletes the contract (i.e. Jane Doe deleted the sample_contract).
